Our company strives to be precise in the way we configure our jobs, from the various construction aspects to the paperwork, writeups, and notes for whoever may be called next. All bids are sent out through email and agreed upon over email. On larger jobs we have a short contract protecting both us and the clients. This way both parties know what to expect. On jobs over $5,000.00 we encourage a bank-to-bank transfer. This is to prevent any stall outs over a longer job. All large jobs will have a payout sheet that specifies when each payment is pulled and how the payment will be made.
All work completed will be in accordance with North Carolina Building Codes of Jan 17th, 2023. We do not go against code. If a design is determined and the homeowner wants something different, we will refer to our Architect to find a solution.
Licensed Contractors

We hold Workers Comp with a one-million-dollar policy and a General Liability with a one-million-dollar policy. We have an extensive list of HVAC contractors, Electricians, and Plumbers for situations that require a specified license.

We will work with you to meet deadlines and coordinate with other related projects. At KCM we understand that the longer your rental is down the more money you lose. We maintain open communication with you and keep you up to date on the status of the job. We do this to guarantee the project is completed according to your preferences, and in the respective timeline previously determined.
